Main purpose of job:
To support the production function and ensuring a continuous process flow is sustained.
We are looking for team members to hold responsibility for the following tasks:
Prep, mask, clean and touch up to support vehicle paint rework.
Prep, stencil, measure and fit legal label requirements to vehicle.
Conduct documented process.
Assembles and disassembles parts on the vehicle to support rework activity.
General housekeeping and labouring duties across the site (emptying bins, brushing- up, mopping and occasionally painting etc.) if required.
Comply with the Environmental, Health and Safety Policy and identify health and safety hazards prior to the commencement of work.
Maintain a clean and orderly work area as required.
What we’re looking for:
You will ideally possess the following:
Stacker / FLT Licence.
Previous experience within a factory/manufacturing environment.
Applied knowledge of military vehicle assembly.
Excellent communication skills with ability to communicate effectively and clearly at all levels of the business.
Ability to prioritise, use own initiative and organise work with minimal supervision.
