About the role:
Delivering the assembly of our military vehicles, you will be a key member of our dedicated manufacturing team making equipment for the defence industry.
We are looking for team members with the following skills and attributes:
The ability to follow work instructions and safety protocols
To work with minimal supervision
Able to understand Engineering Drawings
A qualified HGV Mechanic/Fitter – with experience assembling vehicles such as planes, trains and automobiles.
To work to deadlines, with a flexible ‘can-do’ approach
You will be professional, disciplined, and orderly
See problems as challenges to be overcome and participating in problem solving.
Be prepared to work a reasonable amount of overtime/different shifts, when required
What we’re looking for:
You will ideally possess the following:
Grade C/4 or above in English and Maths at GCSE level
Recognised apprenticeship in Vehicle Maintenance or relevant discipline
Previous Manufacturing experience
Military vehicle experience is preferred
